- Windows systems integration and cross-platform interoperability.
- VMware ESXi and vSphere-based virtualization environments.
- Ansible automation for configuration management and deployment.
- Security posture management, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance enforcement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and translating requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocations to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure system configurations align with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on progress, issues, and milestones to technical leadership and government sponsors.
- Develop and manage the program’s Quality Control Plan, ensuring high-quality support.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with at least 3 years managing technical staff.
- Familiarity with Linux (RHEL), Windows integration, VMware virtualization, and Ansible automation.
- Strong technical understanding of identity federation protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory Federation Services).
- Proven track record in managing security-focused IT programs and implementing secure configurations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation
Preferred:
- Knowledge of US Air Force cybersecurity requirements and workflows.
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- RHCE, Microsoft, VMware, or Ansible certifications.
