The role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product Security to lead the development and execution of our product security strategy. As Head of Product Security, you will own the vision and roadmap for product security and represent security as a key differentiator to our customers, partners, and the market.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Provide strategic leadership by defining and executing the product security vision and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Elevate security from a compliance requirement to a core product differentiator, influencing both customer perceptions and internal engineering teams' development practices.
• Drive new direction - AI Security, covering threat analysis through product launch in a dynamic cloud environment.
• Lead large-scale security initiatives across dozens of cross-functional teams, ensuring coordinated execution and visible customer results.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Security Program Management, or a similar role with a strong focus on product security or trust.
• People management experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and security, with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with key security and privacy frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Proven experience launching new products in a changing landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to explain technical security concepts to non-technical audiences and executives.

Preferred:

• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or equivalent).
• Experience in a regulated or high-trust industry (e.g., fintech, healthtech, B2B cloud services).
• Prior leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience with Generative AI.
