What You’ll Do

The Head of IT will lead the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy, enterprise systems roadmap, and infrastructure capabilities. This role is critical in enabling the next phase of business growth by ensuring the company’s systems, data, security, and technology operations are reliable, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities.  

 

What You’ll Be Working On

Finance Technology Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between IT, Finance, Operations and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and adoption of IT strategy and roadmap. 
  • Own the enterprise technology roadmap and act as a technology thought partner to the CFO and senior leadership team. 
  • Oversee integration of ERP systems with broader financial, operational, and analytics tools. 

 

Enterprise Systems & Digital Transformation

  • Lead optimization and ongoing enhancement of enterprise systems including ERP and E-Commerce platforms. 
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of core processes: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). 
  • Oversee system integration, data mapping, and reporting capabilities to ensure consistent and actionable data across the organization. 

 

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Oversee enterprise cybersecurity including data protection, access management, incident response, and regulatory compliance (CCPA, GDPR). 
  • Ensure security protocols are embedded into system design and user behavior. 
  • Lead security audits, threat monitoring, and remediation efforts. 

 

 Infrastructure, Operations & Support

  • Manage infrastructure performance and reliability across cloud, on-prem, and end-user environments. 
  • Oversee IT operations, service delivery, vendor management, and business continuity planning. 
  • Ensure high-quality tech support and service management practices across all teams and geographies. 

 

 Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, retain, and develop a high-performing technology team across engineering, systems, security, and applications. 
  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation. 
  • Provide mentorship and career development opportunities across the IT function. 

 

Financial Management

  • Own and manage the IT budget, including capital planning, cost optimization, and contract oversight. 
  • Conduct ROI analyses on key technology investments and process automation opportunities. 

 

Must Haves

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience, including 4+ years at the executive/Sr. Director level. 
  • Proven track record leading ERP and enterprise software implementations. 
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, system architecture, and enterprise integration. 
  • Strong track record of building IT teams, vendor partnerships, and process automation initiatives. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. 

 

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in consumer products, personal care, or related industries. 
  • Both best-in-class academy company and private company experience. 
  • Familiarity with modern cloud-native architectures. 
  • Graduate degree (MBA, MS in IT/IS) and/or PMP certification.

Salary Range$250,000—$300,000 USD
