ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategic design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide security architecture to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and execution of a robust Identity Management program, ensuring secure, compliant access to systems and data.

  • Manage departmental budgets, capital investments, vendor contracts, and third-party security tool selection in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of emerging threats, technologies, and best practices; integrate relevant advancements into the security program.
  • Represent the Bank’s information security interests in cross-functional committees and industry forums, and serve as a key consultant to internal affiliates.

  • Develop tactical and strategic metrics to assess program maturity, drive accountability, and demonstrate progress to executive stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • CISSP, CISM, or similar information security certifications strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in information security, including 6+ years leading technical teams in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing enterprise-level security architecture and identity solutions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across departments and influence senior leaders.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 40 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.  If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
