This role focuses on protecting against unauthorized access and data breaches, developing IT security policies, and supporting end users across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks to secure systems and information assets
- Develop and maintain IT security policies and standards
- Protect systems against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction
- Collaborate with end users to assess departmental security needs
- Understand internet architecture and firewall configuration
- Authorize user access; manage domain structures and digital signatures
- Contribute to moderately complex aspects of projects
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 to 7 years of related cybersecurity experience
- Familiarity with domain structures, digital signatures, and firewalls
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- Strong understanding of IT systems, security architecture, and policies
- Experience contributing to mid-level technical projects
- Secret Clearance required
