Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or 10 or more years of work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in security field
• Experience driving technical and/or organizational change of significant complexity
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passion for technology and for learning

What will you be doing?

 

WWT ​ is seeking a visionary and mission-driven executive to lead our national security engagement and strategic initiatives within the $4.5B Global Cyber organization. This leadership role will strengthen WWT’s positioning at the intersection of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and digital transformation — driving growth through trusted advisory relationships, public-private partnerships, and differentiated go-to-market strategies for federal and regulated enterprise clients.

 

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of cybersecurity expertise, policy fluency, and executive presence, with a proven track record of influencing outcomes across government, boardrooms, and the technology ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Influence

• Lead WWT’s national security strategy across regulated markets, aligning cybersecurity priorities with mission-critical modernization efforts.
• Expand WWT’s executive reach by driving C-level engagement, shaping digital resilience strategy, and supporting public sector transformation initiatives.

 

Cyber-Led Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic cybersecurity initiatives that address national resilience, digital trust, and secure innovation.
• Guide customers through complex transformations that intersect cyber, cloud, data, and governance in critical infrastructure sectors.

 

Market Development & Revenue Contribution

• Identify and activate new revenue streams by advancing strategic relationships in industries such as defense, energy, healthcare, and financial services.
• Lead executive briefings, risk advisory workshops, and board-level engagements that accelerate pipeline generation and deal velocity.

 

Innovation Ecosystem & Venture Advocacy

• Act as a facilitator and strategic connector between WWT, think tanks, VCs, and emerging technology startups focused on national security, cyber, and digital risk.
• Shape and accelerate innovation pipelines by identifying promising early-stage companies and influencing strategic investments or partnerships.
• Represent WWT at industry councils, venture forums, and innovation summits to ensure early alignment with transformative technologies.

 

 

Public-Private Partnership & Advocacy

• Build and manage partnerships with federal agencies, regulatory bodies, and policy organizations to influence national cybersecurity priorities and frameworks.
• Represent WWT Cyber in high-visibility industry forums, analyst briefings, and media engagements to elevate our brand and thought leadership.
