Associate Cyber Manager - Governance

We’re looking for an Associate Cyber Manager- Governance to join our dynamic team and help elevate the cyber security awareness of thousands of employees across Maersk. You’ll work alongside Cyber Security Officers (CSOs), business leaders, to design, deliver, and manage impactful awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, and timely communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Phishing Simulations: Coordinate, analyze, and report on simulations in collaboration with CSOs; highlight awareness gaps and contribute to mitigation plans.

• Awareness Campaigns & Events: Develop and run engaging security awareness campaigns (virtual and in-person), promoting good cyber hygiene practices regionally.

• Communication Channels: Manage and maintain the Cyber Security Yammer channel and SharePoint pages; advise on effective content usage and design.

• Toolkits & Content Development: Create and maintain a library of educational materials tailored to different regions and regulatory requirements (e.g., TISAX, NIST/NIS2.0).

• Incident Response Messaging: Support CSOs in delivering timely, accurate incident updates to the business and end-users.

• Promotion of Cyber Capabilities: Work with internal teams to promote cyber security tools and initiatives across Maersk.

• Community Engagement: Drive visibility through social media (Yammer, LinkedIn) and internal events, including our annual Cyber Security Festival.

• Vendor Engagement: Interface with vendors for awareness materials, including participation in Proof-of-Concept trials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in large, complex organizations.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish (written and spoken).

• Strong communicator with the ability to write clearly and quickly under pressure.

• Skilled at simplifying technical content into relatable, user-friendly language.

• Organized multitasker with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to campaigns and initiatives.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.

• Cyber security knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
