Summary of the role:

Detail-oriented Data Security Analyst with expertise in data protection, risk management, and cybersecurity. Adept at implementing data loss prevention strategies, monitoring sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in DLP and DSPM technologies to safeguard organizational data.

About the role:

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Tools (Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, etc.)
• Data Governance & Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2)
• Information Security & Risk Management
• Incident Response & Threat Detection
• Office Suite, Power BI for Data Analysis
• Network Security & Encryption
• Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

About you:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, security-sensitive environments
• Collaboration and teamwork across IT security domains
• Managed DLP solutions to monitor, detect, and prevent unauthorized data access and transfers
• Implemented policies for compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provided training sessions to employees on data security best practices
• Assisted in designing secure architectures for enterprise data management.
