Job Description

  • Oversee the Operation and Continuous Improvement of IT Services / Project Management

    • Ensure the smooth daily operation of IT services, addressing incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely manner.

    • Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.

    • Lead and coordinate continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

    • Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

    • Manage resources, schedules, risks, and project communications.

  • Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding service delivery and project updates.

    • Conduct regular service review meetings with clients to discuss performance, expectations, and improvement opportunities.

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to align services with business needs.

    • Communicate technical concepts and issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Desired Experience and Certifications

    • ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certification:
      Apply ITIL best practices for managing the service lifecycle, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.

    • Cybersecurity Experience:
      Identify and mitigate security risks within IT services and projects.
      Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
      Participate in security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response activities.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field 

  • Certifications (preferred):

    • ITIL Foundation or higher (e.g., ITIL 4 Managing Professional) – Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and frameworks.

    • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master – Demonstrated knowledge of project planning, execution, and delivery methodologies.

    • Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ISO 27001 – Solid foundation in information security practices and standards.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proven experience in managing IT services, including incident, problem, change, and service level management.

    • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.

    • Familiarity with monitoring tools, service desk platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), and reporting dashboards.
