The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Ethics and Compliance team, you support the Compliance team with regulatory compliance review and updates, mandatory training compliance, policy review and updates, reporting including dashboard updates, Network Standards, and other projects. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You focus on relationship building, managing others, navigating complexity, and personal growth, using your compliance experience and proficiency in tools like PowerBI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

- Support the Compliance team with regulatory compliance assessments and updates

- Assist in maintaining mandatory training compliance across the organization

- Conduct policy reviews and implement necessary updates

- Prepare and update compliance reports, including dashboard maintenance

- Collaborate on projects related to Network Standards and other compliance initiatives

- Build and maintain productive client relationships while mentoring junior team members

- Utilize tools like PowerBI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to enhance compliance processes

- Navigate complex compliance issues while fostering personal and professional growth

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Law or business related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of Independence Policy is a plus

- 3 years of experience in some Compliance or Legal field and reporting.

- PowerBI user Level (mandatory)

- Experience with Workbench and PowerApps is a plus

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- MS Excel, Power Point, Word
