Cybersecurity Engineer

We're seeking someone to join our Data Protection Services Architecture and Policy team as a Cybersecurity Engineer to help define and build out our Post-Quantum Readiness platforms.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Cybersecurity Engineer position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:

- Lead the development of new ideas and/or policies in own area.
- Analyze multiple sets of information to create summaries for various stakeholders.
- Define and execute evaluation plans for products in the Post-Quantum Readiness space
- Perform product evaluations in the encryption space
- Design and code evaluation integrations for cryptographic solutions
- Engage with internal business partners to help deliver cutting edge Post-Quantum encryption solutions

What you'll bring to the role:

- Experience in executing IT strategy, delivery and complex initiatives.
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership.
- Advanced understanding of functional area and competent understanding of competitive environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Python programming and test-driven development
- Intermediate Linux administration knowledge
- Basic knowledge of storage as well as transmission based encryption solutions and technologies
- Basic knowledge of Java development a plus
- At least 5 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
