Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Systems Analyst (CyberArk) to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

 

The Senior Systems Analyst (CyberArk) is responsible for leading the design, analysis, and support of CyberArk-based Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems across the enterprise. This role ensures secure and efficient integration of CyberArk with various systems, enforces policy compliance, and supports strategic initiatives related to identity and access management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for CyberArk-related analysis, integration, and system improvements
  • Analyze privileged access behavior and support threat detection using CyberArk tools such as PTA
  • Develop onboarding strategies for privileged accounts and applications across hybrid environments
  • Lead PAM audits and ensure system compliance with DoD security standards
  • Analyze logs, sessions, and usage trends to identify risks and support incident response
  • Integrate CyberArk with AD, LDAP, SIEMs, cloud platforms, and third-party identity systems
  • Assist with the development and refinement of PAM policies and workflows
  • Document and maintain process guides, risk assessments, and solution designs
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and support knowledge sharing across IT and security teams
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity stakeholders and vendors to support system hardening and optimization

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of of IT/cybersecurity experience with 3+ years of CyberArk-specific experience
  • Strong understanding of PAM, identity governance, and privileged session monitoring
  • Experience with Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and authentication mechanisms
  • Skilled in reviewing audit logs, writing technical documentation, and performing security assessments

Desired:

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with AWS, Azure, or DevOps pipelines
  • Familiarity with DoD frameworks (NIST, RMF, Zero Trust)
  • Experience working with audit teams and developing mitigation plans
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python) and enterprise automation tools
  • CyberArk Guardian Certification

Clearance:

  • Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

  • DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CISSP or CASP+
  • CyberArk Sentry Certification
