Proficiency Expectation & Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Competent to Expert with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance or related field.
  • 6-8 years of related experience including previous experience managing staff.

  • Client: Adhere to SLAs and SOPs; Internal/external client satisfaction.
  • Operational: Timeliness and accuracy of all related processes; Ensure process improvements are adopted; Champion for process improvements.
  • Risk: Comply with risk and compliance programs and actions including the timely completion of related training; Comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements; Adhere to company policies and guidelines; Mitigate process risk.
  • General: Continuous personal development; Encourage and support personal and team development.

Decision Rights:

  • Owns: Staff and personal development; Defining and implementing projects, process improvements and best practices; Identification, resolution, reporting or escalation of exceptions, breaches and suspicious activities as required by our risk and compliance programs.
