Tyto Athene delivers secure, mission-critical solutions that empower agencies to modernize networks, enhance cybersecurity, and achieve information dominance.Tyto Athene is searching for an Enterprise Network Integration Project Manager for a multi-year contract providing Cyberspace Support Services in support of the Air Force’s 688th Cyberspace Wing (688 CW).
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise to A8 in guiding, tracking, and documenting project activities such as collaboration, operational support, engineering initiatives, integration of new tools, processes and capabilities, conducting of tests, and conformance to standards as provided in AF instructions, security implementation guides, or other pertinent directives to include, aiding in identifying opportunities to align capabilities reducing duplicative efforts and achieving resource management efficiencies
- Conduct analysis of operational, conceptual, functional, and strategic support plans and recommend viable options to develop potential solutions or courses of actions necessary to implement these plans or actions.
- Provide research, analysis, and assistance in the creation databases to record and sustain the 688th CW’s technology baseline for equipment, hardware, software, and firmware
- Collaborate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with enterprise standardization strategy
- Collaborate and oversee identification, documentation, tracking, and analysis of new and existing hardware, software, and/or firmware tools
- Provide specialized systems integration and design expertise to support the Government regarding establishing and evaluating capabilities of the NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP capabilities/domains.
- Lead, advise, assist, and collaborate on activities of 688th Cyberspace Wing project teams as they identify and coordinate resolution of issues, including project scheduling, fielding, training, manning and transition.
- Provide technical reports outlining requirements to successfully integrate into NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP domains and capabilities for new hardware, software, and firmware tools; processes; and capabilities
- Coordinate with and assist test personnel and systems integrators regarding NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP domains and capabilities to ensure tools and solutions provide secure, effectively integrated, and operationally acceptable capabilities prior to deployment and employment
- Provide a technical report identifying the type of test conducted and the results of the test
- Research and identify applicable standards that should be incorporated into NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP domains and capabilities, cyber mission initiatives, and linkage to other Cyber Weapon Systems, incorporating Industry best practices where appropriate
- Review and provide comments on enterprise network plans, weapons systems documentation and documents involving NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP domains and capabilities
- Support 688CW/A8 in preparing for and interpreting results of DISA CCRI inspections. (i.e. CONEMPS, Operational Fielding Plans, Cyber Tasking Orders, Maintenance Task Orders, WARNORDs, EXORDS)
- Advise 688th Cyberspace Wing Staff, consolidate, interpret, and analyze of results of the inspections
Required:
- 5 or more years' experience and knowledge of USAF Enterprise Networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS)
- Understanding of network topologies and configurations
- Current working knowledge of integration of systems and technology into existing architectures.
- An Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II OR DoD 8570.01M IAM Level-2 Certification is required. Minimum includes one active of the following certification(s): CYSA+, Security Plus CE, CND, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC, CCNA Security, CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, GSLC, CCISO, HSISPP, CISSP (or Associate).
- On site support in San Antonio, TX
- Education: High School Diploma
Desired:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Cisco CCNA, with 3+ years’ experience
- Experience with USAF Defensive Cyberspace Operations
Clearance:
- Current and active DoD Top Secret clearance w/SCI eligibility
- Able to obtain SAP/SAR eligibility
Travel Required:
- Minimal, less than 10%
Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $90K-$100K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
