The Role

Buscamos un perfil senior que combine habilidades comerciales y técnicas para liderar la estrategia de preventa, desarrollo y gestión de la unidad de servicios de Detección y Respuesta Gestionadas (MDR). Será responsable de definir el posicionamiento, colaborar estrechamente con equipos de ventas, seguridad y operaciones, y liderar el crecimiento sostenible del área de servicios gestionados de ciberseguridad.

Responsabilidades:

• Liderar el ciclo de preventa de soluciones MDR: recopilación de requisitos, diseño de soluciones, elaboración de propuestas técnicas y económicas.
• Realizar demostraciones, presentaciones técnicas y workshops con clientes (CISOs, CTOs, equipos de TI y seguridad).
• Colaborar con el equipo comercial para detectar oportunidades, calificar leads y aumentar la tasa de conversión.
• Participar en licitaciones públicas y privadas (RFI, RFP, RFQ), redactando los apartados técnicos y colaborando en la estrategia de pricing.
• Definir la estrategia de crecimiento, objetivos anuales y roadmap de servicios MDR (detección, respuesta, threat hunting, XDR, etc.).
• Colaborar con operaciones y SOC para la mejora continua del servicio y su alineación con las necesidades del mercado.
• Evaluar, seleccionar e integrar tecnologías complementarias (EDR, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, UEBA, etc.).

Experiencia:

+7 años de experiencia en MDR

Formación:

Titulación universitaria de caracter técnico (Ingeniería/grado/máster en Informática, telecomunicaciones, etc)

Certificaciones propias de seguridad: ISACA, GIAC, EC-COUNCIL, COMPTIA,  etc…

Who You Are

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Conocimiento profundo en tecnologías MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence.
• Buen entendimiento del ciclo de vida de detección y respuesta a incidentes.
• Familiaridad con estándares y marcos como MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.
• Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas viables.

Competencias:

• Alta orientación a resultados y visión estratégica.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Capacidad de interlocución con perfiles técnicos y directivos (C-level).
• Liderazgo, proactividad, autonomía y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
