Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to lead and analyze Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) maturity assessment execution within our Cybersecurity Governance and Information Protection organization. The lead analyst will manage workstream coordination, facilitate meetings with SMEs, review and align controls, issues, procedure documentation. In addition will gather and align additional documentation to CRI diagnostic statements, provide year over year maturity assessment support, and execute CRI maturity assessment C-control. Partner with domain teams to track and follow up on CRI observation and recommendation progress. Support assessment overlap.
Key Functions:
- Understanding of maturity or security frameworks
- Lead workstream coordination for Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) maturity assessment
- Facilitate meetings with Cybersecurity and Information Security subject matter experts
- Review and align policies, controls, issues, procedure, and other types of documentation to CRI diagnostic statements
- Year over year CRI maturity assessment support
- Execute CRI maturity assessment control procedures
- Partner with domain teams to track and follow up on CRI maturity assessment observations and recommendations
In this role, you will:
- Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation
- Support information security maturity assessment
- Participate in subject matter expert reviews of maturity assessment content
- Provide consulting on maturity assessment
- Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings
- Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, controls, procedures and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead project initiatives and maturity assessment workstreams
- Support overlap of other security assessments and alignment to maturity assessment
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
- Perform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management
- Provide guidance and direction in reviewing assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security
- Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
- Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and gain alignment amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
- Advanced risk management leadership skills
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work onsite in the office in a hybrid model.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00Benefits
