Job Description

The Mobile & Mac Security (MMS) team is looking for a talented Assoc. Tech. Product Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX and ensure the highest security standards for our Mobile and Mac consumer and corporate products and services.

As a member of Visa’s MMS team, you’ll join a dynamic team in order to help:

• Coordinate and support the development and delivery of web, mobile, and IoT application projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Leverage AI tools and models to optimize workflows, automate operational processes, and enhance team efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

• Assist in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and tracking project tasks to ensure successful execution in Agile environments.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending automation solutions.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

• Support the implementation and scaling of new technologies and frameworks that drive innovation and operational excellence across products.

• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

• Actively participate in team meetings, offer ideas for process and workflow enhancements, and seek feedback to develop your skills in product management and business operations.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with organizing and tracking tasks for web, mobile, and IoT application projects using Agile tools and processes or similar.

• Support product managers and business operations teams with gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and preparing project materials.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to help deliver high-quality products and solutions.

• Participate in team meetings, help document action items, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

• Contribute to identifying and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Research, design, and suggest AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance team efficiency across web, mobile, and IoT initiatives.

• Support the integration and scaling of AI models and tools for process improvements and project delivery.

• Help maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports.

• Seek feedback and mentorship to grow your product management and business operations skills.

• Stay current with trends in web, mobile, IoT, and AI technologies as they relate to optimizing team and business processes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of web, mobile, and IoT application architectures and development frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies. Experience working on projects or coursework using Agile processes is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with product management concepts such as requirements gathering, backlog management, and user story writing.
• Proficient with AI concepts and applications, including models, prompt engineering, agentic methodologies, and using AI to optimize workflows and team efficiency.
• Experience with or willingness to learn programming languages (such as Python, Java, Node, or Swift) to facilitate communication with technical teams.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Able to clearly explain ideas and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through coursework, internships, or project work.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated adaptability, willingness to take on new challenges, and openness to feedback – this is very important for our team.
• Experience and strong interest in leveraging AI/automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks or improve project outcomes across web, mobile, and IoT projects.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially for global teams.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
• Comfortable working in remote or distributed team environments across multiple time zones.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 84,600.00 to 119,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
