This is your chance to step into a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your passion for cybersecurity meets purpose.  Your 12-Month Journey You’ll rotate across a range of high-performing business and technology teams — including, Cloud DevOps, Data Science, Trade Administration, System Engineering and Operations, Dealing, and Compliance. The experience gained from these placements will give you a holistic view of how XM operates, and how each function contributes to our strategic goals. 
Your journey will culminate with an in-depth placement in our Information Security Team, where you’ll work on real-world cybersecurity initiatives. From network security and threat intelligence to detection and response, you’ll be working alongside seasoned professionals and mentors using next-generation technologies to tackle today’s evolving cyber threats.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 in Network Engineering / Security, Information Security, Computer or Digital Forensics, Data Science, or a related STEM field 
• Academic transcripts (mandatory to be submitted with the application) 
• Foundational knowledge of cloud technologies 
• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems 
• Good knowledge of networking and security concepts (e.g. MFA, CIA triad) 
• Familiarity with scripting or programming 
• High attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning 
• Fluency in English 
• Knowledge of Greek is a plus
