Make an impact with our Cyber Security & Privacy Risk Management team as a Consultant. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers make an impact by delivering modern, pragmatic, and automated solutions to manage privacy risks. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with industry leaders, helping clients operationalize privacy programs and respond to regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance on data protection strategies, privacy frameworks, and implementation approaches tailored to client environments.
• Lead end-to-end client engagements, including:
  • Data mapping and inventory development
  • Identification of critical data assets (“crown jewels”)
  • Design and implementation of policy and control frameworks
  • Sensitivity labeling and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) implementation
  • Cybersecurity maturity assessments and privacy risk evaluations
  • Development and delivery of privacy training and awareness programs
  • Execution of data protection audits and compliance assessments
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, roles, responsibilities, risks, and deliverables.
• Support business development efforts through proposal writing, client presentations, and contributions to thought leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery of all project milestones and client deliverables.

Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in privacy and data protection consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations, including PIPEDA, GDPR, HIPAA, PHIPA, and Quebec’s Law 25.
• Familiarity with leading IT security and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT
• Understanding and experience in delivery of Security services (vulnerability assessments, TRA’s, cyber maturity assessments, cloud security, penetration testing, incident response/forensics, PCI)
• Hands-on experience with privacy and security tools, including Microsoft Purview, Google Workspace, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Bilingualism in French and English, and active Security Clearance are considered strong assets.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements.
