Job Title: Cyber Engineer

With offices in Northern Virginia, Melbourne, Florida, Tel Aviv, Israel, and other locations, we are expanding rapidly to support the evolving needs of our customers and partners.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cyber Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, a strong understanding of system hardening, and the ability to implement security controls that meet government and industry compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement cybersecurity solutions for enterprise systems and networks.

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.

  • Integrate cybersecurity controls into system architectures, designs, and configurations.

  • Develop and maintain documentation such as System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts, and security test reports.

  • Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with system administrators, developers, and program managers to ensure cybersecurity requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Stay updated on current threats, attack vectors, and vulnerabilities affecting enterprise systems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or network security.

  • Experience with security tools (e.g., Nessus, Splunk, Wireshark, Burp Suite).

  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST 800-53, RMF, and DoD STIGs.

  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
