Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Task Order Project Manager. The selected individual will join a collaborative team environment where they will provide support toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables. Key to the success of this position is the effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the project manager for large, complex task orders

• Shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.

• Responsible for the overall management of task order(s) to ensure that technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.

Additional Requirements:

• DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 IAM Level III Certification: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C-CISO), and GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC).
• Two (2) years of experience in supporting DoD Program Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Level or ACAT III level IT development programs in the areas of program management (PM), systems engineering (SE) related functional/technical quality, cost analysis (CA), and configuration management (CM) assessments and audits of DoD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data and their compliance with DoD acquisition policies and regulations.
• Must have an excellent written and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
