About the roleCOUNTRY Financial is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Team. This position will help safeguard the organization’s information by designing, implementing, and maintaining PAM/PKI solutions ensuring data confidentiality and integrity, as well as cryptographic compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-level PAM tools (e.g., Password Vaulting, Secrets Management) and PKI technologies (e.g., Certificate Authorities, HSMs, digital certificate lifecycle management), and will demonstrate an eagerness to continuously learn and grow, while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment to drive shared success.This position is responsible for the planning, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise-grade PAM and PKI solutions that align with evolving business and security requirements. The role collaborates closely with IT Security Analysts and Enterprise Architects to ensure adherence to technical and cybersecurity standards. It spans the full technology lifecycle—from design and build to deployment and maintenance—ensuring that solutions are secure, resilient, high-performing, and cost-effective.How does this role make an impact?- Design, build, implement, and support COUNTRY’s IT solutions. - Ensure IT solutions meet requirements for security, availability, capacity, resiliency, and performance in a way that is efficient and supportable, reducing overall support costs. - Understand industry leading solutions and trends for assigned technologies and applying those as appropriate for COUNTRY. - Understand business needs and partnering with appropriate IT counterparts to recommend technology solutions. - Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy with a focus on continuous improvement. Create and maintain solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy and system documentation.Do you have what we're looking for?
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services, OpenSSL, and digital certificate lifecycle management, with experience in applying these technologies in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge and experience with integrating PAM solutions with enterprise systems, directories, and applications.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), encryption, and authentication protocols/patterns.
- Knowledge and experience with a range of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Sharp analytical and troubleshooting abilities, design, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment, capable of multi-tasking effectively.
- Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range:
$112,800-$155,100The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
