Job Title: Manager, DevSecOps

Duties:
- Develop a team of engineers, distributing tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating them to ensure success in their respective functions.
- Own the end-to-end process for Open-Source License Governance and Vulnerability assessment in software applications developed by multiple teams, using tools like Blackduck or Snyk integrated in the continuous integration (CI) pipelines.
- Ensure administration and maintenance of source control management systems, such as Bit Bucket, Subversion,
- GitHub, SubGit, & Nexus, CI/continuous delivery (CD) systems, Artefact management repositories, test beds, etc.
- Design branching strategies, branch access permissions, merge checks, quality gates via CI build plan integration on pull requests, to allow several teams to work in parallel on multiple product lines.
- Work with multiple teams to develop and manage the CI pipelines for applications in languages like C, C++, Java, and JavaScript.
- Integrate SAST, DAST, or IAST tools into the CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CI/CD for the development teams.
- Create deployment pipelines to public cloud infrastructure with adequate gates built in (automated or manually triggered).
- Train and coach product teams on DevSecOps best practices and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
- Manage the required infrastructure for DevSecOps.
- Ensure administration and maintenance of Atlassian stack of tools, such as JIRA, Bamboo, BitBucket, and Confluence.
- May telecommute but must reside near Miramar, Florida headquarters or Dallas, Texas office.
- Requires up to 25% domestic travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, information systems, or related field; plus 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Knowledge of creating business workflows and processes, as well as SAP application implementation, upgrades, and migration.
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP HANA, ECC, NetWeaver, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, MS SQL.
