What you'll do

• Administer and maintain the SIEM/SOAR platform, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
• Implement and manage security protocols and measures specific to the SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of the platform.
• Collaborate with the SOC team to integrate security best practices and support their operational needs.
• Ensure integration of the platform with other systems
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the SIEM/SOAR platform's technical configuration and architectural design
• Work with other teams in the completion of projects related to changes in the SIEM/SOAR platform.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in platform engineering and security, with a focus on SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and authentication methods.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or SABSA and experience working in regulated environments with complex compliance requirements would be an added advantage.
