Responsibilities

Empower AI: As an IT Service, Design, Delivery, Improvement Cyber Operations Research Analyst, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. You will work with the Army IT Service Catalog (AITSC), IT Metrics, and Army IT Portfolio (AITP) to provide objective means to measure and cost service delivery, manage service delivery expectations, and support the need for continual service improvement.

 

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Draft and provide updates to the Army IT Portfolio services list to reflect current DoDIN-A technical support and initiatives.
  • Draft and provide updates to the NETCOM IT Services Catalog to reflect current DoDIN-A Services, technology initiatives and delivery expectations.
  • Update the services-to-capabilities matrix yearly, which is referred to as “Services Crosswalk”.
  • Identify KPIs for operations. Research, validate, and modify service delivery expectations for leadership analysis. l
  • Support the collection of consolidated quarterly and annual IT Metrics reports.
  • Conduct analysis against IT Metrics reports to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Participate in AITSC Catalog Working Groups, AITP Working Groups. Research Service delivery impacts to customers, present findings to working groups, and implement IT Service Catalog changes.
  • Assist DoDIN-A customers in use of the IT Services Cost estimation tools like Support Agreement Cost Estimation Tool (SACET) to determine Mission Funded costs.
  • Recommend changes to practices, processes, standards and technologies to improve service delivery updates to the AITSC and the AITP. Update and maintain changes to the Process Management Plans annually in partnership with NETCOM G3 Capability Managers and Capability engineers.
  • Implement and update the Continuous Service Improvement Program for identified processes.
  • Maintain Service Design Packages for NETCOM enterprise systems, capabilities, services, and emergency technology.

Qualifications

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Secret Security Clearance
  • ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 – 7 years of experience
  • Intermediate expertise in IT service design, service improvement, and service delivery.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 511) Cyber Defense Analyst Intermediate qualified (BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science or GFACT or GISF or Cloud+ or GCED or PenTest+ or Security+ or GSEC) or equivalent certification

  • Ambulate throughout an office
  • Ambulate between several buildings
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
  • Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
