Responsibilities

Empower AI: As a DoDIN-A Operations Proactive Sensor Management IT Certified Professional, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. As part of the Proactive Sensor Management team, you will provide IT service support for DoDIN-A operational sensor visualization to achieve a comprehensive situational understanding of the DoDIN-A. The Proactive Sensor Management team utilizes a Government Common Operational Picture with near real-time sensor data of all DoDIN-A network assets, including circuit status and KPIs. The DoDIN-A Endpoint Security mission requires 16 hours of coverage split into two (2) shifts, eight (8) hours each, 0600-2200.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

• Execute Tier I and Tier II incident management on the NETCOM-managed DoDIN-A.
• Maintain strategic and tactical network asset visibility on the DoDIN-A.
• Track and report Commanders Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs).
• Direct DoDIN-A OPS for all NETCOM assigned forces.
• Provide continuous monitoring of network health and performance.
• Participate in troubleshooting and remediation efforts for network issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance/eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 – 9 years of experience
• Basic knowledge in DoD Network/systems operations, technologies, performance and application performance monitoring tools expertise.
• Basic knowledge in Army TLA network operations, technologies, monitoring, and performance tool expertise.
• Basic knowledge in DoDIN-A architecture and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 441) Network Operations Specialist Intermediate qualified (BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science or CEH or CFR or Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC) or equivalent certification
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification

• Sitting for long periods
• Standing for long periods
• Ambulate throughout an office
• Ambulate between several buildings
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
• Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
