Business Process Analyst Infosec

What will be your challenges?

As part of the Process Security Risk team within the Infosec Area, you will become part of a team of problem solvers, helping to connect the complexity of the business strategy with the project execution while monitoring field impact and mitigation of risks. You will work with other cross-functional areas in innovating projects and regularly supporting and reporting to our top management. As an example, some of the challenges for this role may include:

  • Lead field and technology analysis of our extensive portfolio (+5 million customers), being able to structure and come up with actionable recommendations and guidelines to identify and mitigate risks and improve the security posture of our processes and services.

  • Support business analysis, converting large volumes of data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Create on-demand business cases to understand the baseline and future scenarios of business development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to define solutions, document requirements, and implement complex initiatives to solve and achieve our technology organization's goals.

  • Set strategic roadmaps and lead projects execution to ensure delivery according to our goals. Manage projects ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Business, Technology (IT and Infosec) and Legal areas.

  • Contribute to develop standards, procedures, policies and improve our positioning through process improvement, policy automation, and the continuous evolution of capabilities and our control framework.

  • Support regular preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reporting to top management teams and markets.

  • Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with strategic business partners, as well as other key stakeholders across the organization.

Location:

Permanent hire will be based in Madrid.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or another technical-related field  (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in a strategy consulting firm, or fast-paced technology company.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to apply logical and fact-based reasoning.

  • Ability with numbers and tools to extract and structure insights from extensive data sheets or any other relevant data source.

  • Demonstrated experience translating functional requirements to small activities.

  • High level of attention to detail and rigor in delivery.

  • Exceptional leadership and project management abilities. Proven experience in defining strategic/ execution plans and typical PMO functions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.

  • Ambition to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

  • Travel availability.
