About the role:
As CISO, you’ll be at the forefront of our cybersecurity strategy, working across departments to ensure our systems are secure, resilient, and future-ready. You’ll:
Lead with vision – Develop and implement a forward-thinking cybersecurity strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
Inspire excellence – Build a culture of trust, innovation, and high performance.
Drive impact – Strengthen governance, manage risk, and deliver continuous improvement.

About you:
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with:
Deep expertise in cybersecurity and risk management within complex, regulated environments.
A strong grasp of the evolving threat landscape and mitigation strategies.
Proven experience in leading IT and cybersecurity strategy at scale.
A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and organisational transformation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A strong understanding of the central bank’s role and how technology supports its mission.
Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Industry certifications such as CISM or CISSP.
