About the role:

As CISO, you’ll be at the forefront of our cybersecurity strategy, working across departments to ensure our systems are secure, resilient, and future-ready. You’ll:

About you:

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with:

• Deep expertise in cybersecurity and risk management within complex, regulated environments.

• A strong grasp of the evolving threat landscape and mitigation strategies.

• Proven experience in leading IT and cybersecurity strategy at scale.

• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and organisational transformation.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• A strong understanding of the central bank’s role and how technology supports its mission.

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Industry certifications such as CISM or CISSP.
