This is a proposal opportunity.  If awarded, the ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in network technologies and strategy for Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN). 

Deputy Program Manager (DPM) Position Description

Position Overview:

IntelliDyne is seeking Deputy Program Manager to oversee and lead an Information Technology (IT) operations contract in support of one of our government clients. In this role the ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to a team in ways that promote the client’s mission.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years IT experience; Minimum of 5+ years of IT Project Management experience. 
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Certification in at least one of the following: CCNP; CCIE; MCITP/MCSE CISSP or equivalent.
• Have a background in Information Technology/Service Management frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, CMM, ISO, and AGILE).
• Possess, or can attain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD).

Position Overview:

• The Deputy Program Manager is expected to provide high-quality project and program management standards across the whole project lifecycle. Advise clients on the project cost, program, risks and issues. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
• Responsibilities include:
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
