WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will:

Engage clients to understand business needs and design innovative solutions that align technology with strategic goals.

Create and execute technical sales strategies and detailed proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
-
Keep sales teams informed of new offerings and technology updates.
-
Build a deep understanding of clients’ business and technical priorities to identify solution opportunities.
-
Utilize the Solution Center and other tools to conduct product demos and client training sessions.
-
Collaborate with Account Managers in client meetings for presentations and technical discussions.
-
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, products, and services.
-
Lead whiteboarding sessions to communicate IT strategies and vendor or architecture recommendations.
-
Present solutions to customers by translating technical features into business benefits.
-
Deliver insights on industry trends, roadmaps, and customer-relevant technologies.

Architect and document detailed designs and implementation plans for next-generation networks and IT solutions.

Produce high-quality documentation such as Bills of Materials, configurations, Statements of Work, and proposals.

Support marketing efforts through tradeshow participation, webinar presentations, and content development.

Maintain expert-level knowledge in LAN, WAN, wireless, and security technologies.

Achieve and maintain relevant technical certifications; participate in ongoing product training.

Conduct both remote and onsite assessments to gather the technical data required for customized solution design.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
-
Minimum five (5) years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or other client-facing technical positions.

Previous experience with a Cisco Gold Partner is highly desirable.

Active certifications in Cisco, Fortinet, Ruckus, or Palo Alto preferred.

Additional credentials such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.

Willingness to travel to customer locations across California and attend industry events.

A strong passion for technology and innovation.

Ability to deeply understand and address customer needs.

Expertise in modern networking technologies, including routing, switching, and security.

A trusted advisor mindset with a relationship-driven approach.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.

Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
