ManTech seeks a highly motivated, career and customer-oriented Director of Industry Compliance to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position on site or as needed.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interact directly with executive management on Industry Compliance matters
• Manage all aspects of ensuring compliance with US Federal Government contracting regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and CAS
• Lead Government Accounting Compliance design and implementation of Deltek Costpoint ERM system and oversee the generation of the Annual Incurred Cost Proposal
• Manage the preparation of GDM Cost Impact proposals as needed for cost accounting practice changes
• Collaborate with Finance team in preparation and review of Forward Price Rate Proposal (FPRP)
• Oversee CAS Disclosure Statement alignment with company strategy
• Manage team of professionals responsible for all DCAA audit support
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or finance with 10 years of hands-on related experience in Government Contract Accounting Compliance
• Deltek Costpoint implementation and user experience
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of indirect pools and rate application
• Extensive knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards)
• Excellent relationship management skills, engaging directly with DCAA/DCMA and internal constituents
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or other professional certification
• Experience managing small team of compliance professionals
   

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen
   

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
