We are seeking an Lead Security Architect to join our dynamic Tech team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and has ability to work in a “multi-projects” approach You will work for designing and implementing comprehensive security solutions across an organization's entire IT infrastructure, including applications, networks, cloud environments, and more. 

  • Develop and maintain security architecture standards for cloud infrastructures, networks, applications, and APIs, and promote their adoption within IT functional teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of security architects specialized in various domains (application, infrastructure, cloud, network).
  • Support the operational security excellence manager in the definition and continuous improvement of standard security configurations for technical solutions, ensuring the availability, integrity, data protection, and privacy of all IT systems.
  • Establish a comprehensive security view on all key IT systems and provide security recommendations and enhancements according to newly established security standards.
  • Support IT functional teams in implementing remediation of security findings raised during security audits of all IT systems.
  • Participate in the review and definition of the life cycle of software development, SaaS integration, and infrastructure deployment, in alignment with industry best practices and internal security standards.
  • Define and maintain standard operational security practices across all IT domains, including network, cloud, and application security.
  • Promote and drive the adoption of comprehensive security practices across the enterprise, including network security, cloud security, and application security.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor the current state of the security program, incidents, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Define and maintain standard security configurations for technical solutions, ensuring the availability, integrity, data protection, and privacy of all IT systems.
  • Review current system security measures across all IT domains and recommend enhancements according to newly established security standards.
  • Support IT teams in implementing remediation of security findings raised during security audits of all IT systems.

Required Experience & Competencies

Hard Skills:

  • Five years of software development experience with strong security constraints.
  • Knowledge of hybrid installations of SCCM, IAM, MDM.
  • Knowledge of clouds other than MS is a plus.
  • Experience with Windows Defender ATP, Windows Defender Cloud App Security, and Windows Defender for Identity is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Services (DNS, Print, Fileserver, DHCP, Group Policies).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages (Azure API and other scripts).
  • Experience with modern authentication mechanisms.
  • Experience in networking/protocols/proxy/security devices.
  • Strong security software development knowledge/experience.
  • Good background in project management within IT functional teams.
  • Good information security and risk assessment skills.
  • Good cross-platform and technology knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of information security-related technologies and products.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to direct and mentor colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a “multi-projects” approach.

Required Education 

Master degree in Computer Science or related field required
