The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and developing client relationships; selling multiple vendor solutions and a range of Consulting services, Penetration Testing, Products/Solutions and Managed Service offerings. You will be responsible for winning new business while exploring opportunities within The Missing Link's existing client base. To do this, you will be client focused, self-motivated, passionate and responsive to the client's requirements.
Whilst you will enjoy the teamwork environment, you will also relish the opportunity to work autonomously to achieve results. Working within an energetic, highly motivated team, you will be provided ongoing support, training and development to be successful in the role, all within a flexible working environment.
You will have extensive knowledge and experience within the IT Security industry and will have knowledge of a range of consulting and security vendor solution offerings. Existing sales related certifications with security vendors is highly desirable.
As part of this role, you will:
- Manage client relationships (both existing and new) and bring in new business focusing in the mid to enterprise market segment
- Develop and execute on strategic account and territory plans to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, technical staff and strategic vendors to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business for product, services and managed services.
- Communicate the value of The Missing Link solutions to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers.
- Identify business problems and align them to solutions in areas such as Penetration Testing, GRC Gap Assessments, Solutions, Managed Detection & Response, and other SOC delivered Managed Services.
- Understand customer pain points, and have an honest and transparent approach.
- Be self-motivated, passionate and responsive.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a sales professional in Information Technology, ideally Cyber Security.
- Demonstrated experience selling large complex IT solutions at a mid-market or enterprise level.
- Well developed business acumen with creative sales and negotiation skills to handle complex scenarios at all levels.
- Passion for building long-term customer relationships, and a focus on excellent customer service.
