Our ability to combine large biomedical datasets with vast amounts of patient data allows our customers to simulate their clinical trials in a SaaS environment to make them smarter and more efficient.Ā
We are looking for a hands-on and curiousĀ Cyber Systems ManagerĀ to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines operational cyber defense with compliance oversight. Youāll be responsible for identifying and responding to cyber threats, managing security tools, and supporting compliance with relevant frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA. The role focuses on aspects like systems management and integration Ā

You'll be mentored by experienced professionals and take an active role in helping us meet security standards, pass audits, and maintain best-in-class data protection practices across the company.Ā
Key Responsibilities:Ā
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts from cloud environments and SIEM platforms.Ā
- Investigate and respond to cyber incidents and threats across our systems.Ā
- Develop detection rules, alerting mechanisms, and incident response playbooks.Ā
- Conduct forensic analysis, threat hunting, and vulnerability assessments.Ā
- Lead and support cloud security investigations including penetration testing.Ā
- Configure and maintain SIEM tools (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk, ELK) and ensure security visibility.Ā
- Collaborate on SOC2, ISO27001, and HIPAA compliance initiatives, including documentation and audits.Ā
- Support IT infrastructure and operations (e.g., system administration, network configuration, endpoint protection).Ā
- Assist in vendor security assessments and third-party compliance evaluations.Ā
- Stay current with cyber threat trends and regulatory updates to inform internal practices.Ā
Qualifications & Requirements:Ā
- You have ~2 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or GRC roles- preferably in cloud-native environments.Ā
- Hands-on experience with SIEM systems and log analysis tools.Ā
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and related security services.Ā
- Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, and HIPAA.Ā
- Comfortable with Cyber systems and tools, including managing endpoints, servers, and networks.Ā
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.Ā
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ā
