The Vice President, Enterprise IT is a strategic and operational executive responsible for leading the enterprise-wide technology organization, with a mission to deliver secure, scalable, and modern IT capabilities that directly support the company's business operations, growth strategy, and digital ambitions.

Reporting to the Chief Business Operations Officer (CBOO), the VP will oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, and service delivery. This role is pivotal in enabling operational excellence, business process automation, data integration, and employee productivity across all departments. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, technological expertise, and a business-first mindset to drive measurable value.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Act as the principal technology partner to the Chief Business Operations Officer, collaborating on operational initiatives, process improvement, automation, and enterprise digitization
  • Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise IT strategy that aligns with operational goals, scalability needs, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with all business functions, including Security, Finance, HR, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to enable modern, integrated systems that streamline workflows and improve enterprise agility
  • Represent IT in company-wide planning efforts and serve as a key member of the Business Operations leadership team

Enterprise Systems & Process Enablement

  • Own and optimize the technology stack for core enterprise systems, including Productivity tools (e.g. Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft E3/E5 Services, etc.), Identity & Access Management tools, Single Sign-On capabilities, domain management, etc.
  • Provide support to the HRIS, CRM, Financial Systems, Procurement, Expense Management, and any other IT systems and tools used across the organization
  • Drive process digitization and automation using low-code/no-code platforms, RPA tools, and workflow engines
  • Ensure tight integration of systems and consistent data flow across business functions, enabling a “single source of truth” architecture
  • Define governance frameworks for application lifecycle management, change control, and enterprise architecture

IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • Lead the global infrastructure strategy, including cloud operations, network architecture, end-user computing, identity and access management (IAM), and device security
  • Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of all infrastructure components across offices, remote environments, and data centers
  • Establish robust IT service management practices using ITIL standards and service monitoring tools
  • Continuously improve the end-user experience, including onboarding, support, and self-service capabilities

Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Work closely with the IT Security team to ensure platforms are compliant, including policy enforcement, threat detection, incident response, and vendor risk management
  • Enforce security guidelines to comply with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR
  • Support internal audit, legal, and compliance teams with technology-related controls and reporting

Leadership, Culture & Team Development

  • Lead and scale a high-performing, cross-functional Enterprise IT team across infrastructure, security, applications, and support
  • Build a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning within the Enterprise IT organization
  • Invest in talent development and succession planning; establish clear performance goals, career paths, and recognition programs
  • Foster alignment between technology teams and business functions through regular collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Financial Management & Vendor Strategy

  • Partner with Procurement team on vendor strategy, including RFPs, contract negotiations, SLA governance, and partnership reviews
  • Manage the Enterprise IT budget, ensuring disciplined financial planning, cost optimization, and transparency of technology spend
  • Rationalize and manage a portfolio of third-party platforms, MSPs, and SaaS tools to ensure value delivery and cost efficiency
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track return on investment (ROI) of key technology initiatives

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business or Technology Management is strongly preferred.

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, SVP, Head of IT) at enterprise scale
  • Demonstrated success aligning IT strategy to business operations, with measurable impact on process efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Deep expertise in enterprise applications, IT operations, infrastructure, and cloud platforms
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise transformation, particularly around automation, SaaS enablement, and digital workflows.

What you should expect in this role:

  • Hybrid work schedule requiring four days per week in-office (either Center Valley, PA or Tampa, FL)
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as-required
