We are now looking for a Cloud & Security Engineer who shares this mindset. Someone who understands that in an AI-enabled world, security and compliance are more important than ever and who is ready to lead from the front in building resilient cloud environments where AI and automation can truly thrive.

As businesses accelerate toward AI-powered operations and digital services, the demand for secure, compliant, and intelligent cloud infrastructure is growing. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enabling that transformation ensuring our clients’ platforms are not only technically sound, but prepared for the ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI.

You’ll work hands-on with AWS, and Azure, or both engineering solutions that balance performance, automation, and security, while helping clients navigate regulations and governance in a rapidly evolving landscape.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments
• Embed governance, regulatory, and compliance controls (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2) into modern infrastructure
• Elevate platform security through IAM, network hardening, logging, and continuous monitoring as well as applying security standards like OWASP ASVS
• Automate operations using container technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps toolchains
• Support our clients in securing their AI journeys with trusted, auditable, and value-
  aligned foundations

What are we looking for?

• A proven cloud engineer with experience in AWS or Azure or both
• Strong in cloud security domains: identity and access management, infrastructure protection, compliance, and threat detection
• Experienced in navigating and applying security & compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST and JULKRI
• Skilled in DevOps and automation, microservices, container orchestration, and continuous delivery
• Curious about AI and automation, and how they intersect with security and platform engineering
• Grounded in architecture, application development, or infrastructure and comfortable across the stack
• Fluent in Finnish and English, and effective in communicating with technical and business stakeholders alike
