The Information Security Program Manager will oversee the implementation and sustainment of a highly complex cybersecurity program in alignment with the enterprise cybersecurity strategy. Leads stakeholder engagement through various hospital leaders such as IT, Security, Clinical Executives, Quality, and Internal Audit. Is accountable for meeting and reporting on program metrics and KPIs as defined by the customer and the enterprise cybersecurity strategy. Maintains clear alignment to the leader of cybersecurity and escalates risks or blockers as appropriate. May be responsible for assembling team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resource needs, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of program initiatives.

Required Qualifications: Information Security Program Manager

  • Minimum of five years' work experience in medical/clinical systems support required.
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience to include the majority of the following: serve as an operational expert for a group of employees, regularly model/mentor and train employees on technical skills, make decisions regarding daily priorities for a work group, provide guidance to and/or assist staff on non-routine or escalated issues and provide input on performance appraisals and/or disciplinary actions required.Ā 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical or other technical discipline required.

Preferred Qualifications: Information Security Program Manager

  • Master's or MBA degree preferred.
  • Cybersecurity or IT certifications such as CISSP, HCISSP, CISM, CISA preferred.
