We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive our Data Activity Monitoring portfolio - one of our flagship data protection solutions. In this role, you'll own a product that safeguards organizations' most critical digital assets.Ā 

You'll function as the strategic owner of your product domain, addressing security challenges that affect thousands of enterprise customers globally. Your mission will be developing and implementing product strategies that advance Imperva's business goals while collaborating across Marketing, Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success functions.Ā 

Your scope includes overseeing product development from conception through market launch, maximizing product value realization, and identifying opportunities to expand our data security capabilities for current and prospective clients.Ā 

Success requires partnering effectively with customers, sales teams, channel partners, marketing, and engineering to drive revenue growth and exceptional customer experiences.Ā 

We need a versatile leader who thrives both in collaborative environments and as an independent contributor, ready to take ownership in a high-growth market segment. The ideal candidate combines hands-on execution with analytical rigor, innovation mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for product development and emerging technologies.Ā

Requirements:Ā 

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management rolesĀ 

  • Industry Knowledge: Cybersecurity background, with strength in data security solutions - AdvantageĀ 

  • Data Expertise: Understanding of database technologies and information management systems - AdvantageĀ 

  • Collaboration: Proven success working with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple regionsĀ 

  • Learning Agility: Self-directed professional with strong autonomous learning capabilitiesĀ 

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication abilitiesĀ 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business experience advantageousĀ 

  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background with ability to engage engineering teamsĀ 

  • Methodology: Experience with modern Agile frameworks (SAFE preferred)Ā 

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsĀ 

  • Problem-Solving: Excellence in strategic analysis and creative solution developmentĀ 

  • Customer Focus: Experience serving enterprise B2B customersĀ

Key Responsibilities:Ā

Strategic LeadershipĀ 

  • Own complete product lifecycle from strategic vision through tactical implementationĀ 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business objectivesĀ 

  • Define product vision and strategy, communicating clearly to internal and external stakeholdersĀ 

  • Drive innovative solution development that creates competitive differentiationĀ 

Market & Customer EngagementĀ 

  • Collaborate with marketing to articulate the business case for data security investmentsĀ 

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand evolving requirements and validate solutionsĀ 

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer challenges and translate insights into product specificationsĀ 

  • Drive product adoption and expansion within existing customer baseĀ 

Cross-Functional PartnershipĀ 

  • Work closely with Engineering to establish and refine development prioritiesĀ 

  • Serve as primary product liaison for sales, technical support, and professional services teamsĀ 

  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop value propositions and competitive positioningĀ 

  • Support sales activities through product training and deal assistanceĀ 

Content & Thought LeadershipĀ 

  • Create technical product videos and blog content for customer engagementĀ 

  • Deliver high-quality technical webinars and customer presentationsĀ 

  • Develop training materials and documentationĀ 

Performance & AnalyticsĀ 

  • Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and guide strategic decisionsĀ 

  • Conduct data-driven business analysis with subject matter experts and customersĀ 

  • Analyze win/loss patterns and drive product and process improvementsĀ 

  • Manage products through entire lifecycle including sunset planningĀ
