Information Security Administrator

SUMMARY 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Administrator to join our team as an expert in provisioning entitlements within an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a comprehensive understanding of the most common IAM platforms.

The mission of our Information Security team is to ensure the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive program that effectively protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Point72 information assets. Our team is comprised of security professionals with expertise in a diverse portfolio of security disciplines. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
•     Oversee the accurate and timely completion of access requests for applications, operating systems, and maintain Role Based Access Control  
•    Document and maintain procedures related to Identity and Access Management 
•    Perform access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and violations 
•    Produce regular reporting for management and various oversight functions
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements 
•    Create, modify, and terminate user accounts, roles, and entitlements in accordance with established policies and procedures 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning and access management
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM processes with other security systems and applications 
•    Ensure GSA governance standards are applied for account creation across the firm

WHAT’S REQUIRED
•    Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience 
•    2-3 years of experience working in access management or systems administration 
•    Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices 
•    Proven experience as an information security administrator or similar role within a financial services firm 
•    Skilled in SQL, MS Office Suite, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory 
•    Proficiency in managing and provisioning entitlements within IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta Identity Cloud, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, or Ping Identity
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment 
•    Detail-oriented and a self-starter

The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
