What you’ll be doing

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of security tools — from evaluation and implementation to configuration and continuous improvement
• Defining and enforcing engineering standards for security architecture, automation, and infrastructure integration
• Collaborating closely with SOC, IT, and architecture teams to ensure seamless alignment between detection, response, and technology capabilities
• Building and mentoring a dedicated security engineering team to support global initiatives and innovation
• Acting as the technical authority on security platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance across environments

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a strategic and engaged security leader with an extensive technical background in engineering and architecture of enterprise-grade security tools. You merge comprehensive knowledge of the field with the capability to facilitate delivery, guide teams, and transform intricate requirements into scalable solutions. You are highly collaborative, decisive, and motivated by building lasting capability — not just solving today’s problems.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Demonstrated experience in positions focused on security engineering or architecture leadership
• Thorough understanding of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security tools, and related infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to guide diverse teams in intricate, worldwide settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to emerging cyber threats
