Located in Arizona, our Security Administrator is responsible for designing and implementing security solutions, intrusion prevention and detection, continuous diagnosis and mitigation (CDM), security training, malware defense, incident notification, and vulnerability testing and analysis. You will work closely with other departments and functions to ensure that systems meet availability and security requirements as well as participate in research and development to enable continuing innovation within the security infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Continue development and implementation of information security controls based on ISO 27000 standard
- Evaluate new tools and use existing tools to help discover and mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with System and Network Administrators to ensure security vulnerabilities are tracked and mitigated in a timely manner
- Review security vulnerabilities and determine what modifications are needed to minimize risk to the organization via enhancements to the existing environment
- Coordinate with third party vendors for security related services including penetration testing, security awareness training, SIEM and incident response
- Oversee information security training and awareness program
- Proactively conduct security threat and impact assessments as input to the overall information security strategy
- WriteĀ and maintainĀ policies, procedures, test/assessment results and other types of documentation as required
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
- Bachelorās Degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years, hands-on security administration experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience in design and implementation of security controls
- In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST or COBIT
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Tenable Nessus
- Experience performing security threat and impact assessments
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills. Strong ability to document solutions, procedures, and processes
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service by answering questions, providing accurate information, and responding to requests in a timely manner
- Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish while keeping all stakeholders updated on progress
- IT Security certifications preferred

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a 50% office and 50% field work at warehouse and construction sites
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
