They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.Those in internal audit at PwC help build, optimise and deliver end-to-end internal audit services to clients in all industries. This includes IA function setup and transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing and managed services, using AI and other risk technology and delivery models. IA capabilities are combined with other industry and technical expertise, in areas like cyber, forensics and compliance, to address the full spectrum of risks. This helps organisations to harness the power of IA to help the organisation protect value and navigate disruption, and obtain confidence to take risks to power growth.

Our Digital risk and resilience team at PwC aims to help clients in understanding the internal and external digital risks facing their business, enabling them to both manage these efficiently and effectively while navigating the complex ever evolving regulatory landscape.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Risk & Resilience Director to support the strategic growth agenda of our FS sectors including but not limited to Asset & Wealth Management, Banking and Insurance at PwC.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our newly established Broader Assurance Services team, supporting the key Partner(s) in achieving our growth ambition. Central to the role will be the need to build client relationships and identify opportunities for our business.

This role sits within the Digital Risk team at PwC, the team responsible for understanding the risks faced by our clients as they relate to their client's critical business processes and the digital landscape that supports this.
The role will be heavily client/market facing. It is positioned as a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our Digital Risk business to seek out opportunities in the FS space for both Digital Risk and Resilience and support with delivery.
A Snapshot of Your Peer Group:
Qualified to degree level or equivalent
10+ years’ experience gained in industry or professional services, working in a FS sector
Excellent relationship development and networking ability
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
A deep understanding of business and IT processes that support critical operations in the FS industry
An ability to be proactive, bring energy to support the growth of a newly established team
An understanding of FS regulatory matters
Strong commercial acumen, growth orientation, and sales focus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and project management ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

Support the Partner growing the Digital Risk team with team management
Learn and develop a knowledge of the services provided by not just the Digital Risk team but the broader BAS team.
Drive cross-selling and upselling across key accounts—mapping client issues to PwC solutions—bringing one PwC to the client.
Develop relationships with clients in the market, seeking out opportunities for the firm.
Track and report on account and sector performance on a regular basis—produce pipeline and revenue dashboards
Execute focused action plans
Support strategic inputs into significant pursuits—ensuring the value proposition is well articulated.
Maintain a good knowledge of the sector ecosystem within PwC and ensure alignment with the firm’s wider business strategy and the EMEA sector strategy.
Build strong relationships throughout the firm, locally and globally, to leverage joint go-to-market proposals and initiatives.
Build a network of strong working relationships across the sector community—with EMEA Sector Leadership Community, Regional Sector Executives, etc.
