Eclypsium seeks a Sr. Product Manager with experience in product design, planning and a proven ability to execute the plan. The ideal candidate will have experience defining technical requirements, writing detailed product specs for an Agile process, and working with cross-functional teams to launch successful products. Cybersecurity experience is required and startup experience is a plus!

The Sr.Product Manager will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, technology trends, cybersecurity landscape and for developing the roadmap for Eclypsium’s products. This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for facilitating the rapid development and implementation of new and existing products and product enhancements in a fast paced start-up environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of product roadmap from planning through backlog for day-to-day execution to build reliable, scalable products for the global enterprise market.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and write product requirements and user stories with necessary technical details for developers and QA teams.

  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and scrums to ensure that technical and product requirements are met.

  • Collaborate with other PMs, and with development and support teams to identify and evaluate technical solutions and trade-offs.

  • Deliver technical documentation, including feature specs, release notes, and any other required product documentation.

  • Support customers, solutions, and operations teams to ensure that products meet operational requirements.

  • Work on technical alliances and create roadmaps with alliance partners to address customer requirements and market needs.

  • Work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, continuously monitoring and assessing product performance to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements.

  • Collaborate regularly with Eclypsium’s leadership on product vision and new product features.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree in a closely related field is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience creating SAAS products preferably in the cybersecurity field.

  • Previous coding and development experience a big plus

  • Experience in defining technical and product requirements and writing detailed product requirements, journey maps, and user stories.

  • Proven success in leading product launches from end-to-end using Agile methodology.

  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial, growth oriented attitude.

  • Customer-centric and data driven product planning experience.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams at fast-paced startups.

  • Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.
