The CSS Global Security Practice Service Management Office (SMO) plays a pivotal role in the evolution of our delivery organization. We focus on driving key strategic Security initiatives, providing essential methodologies, processes, and tools, and ensuring effective communication across our global teams. Our core pillars—Communication, Service Strategy, Transition, Continuous Service Improvement, Quality and Risk Management—enable us to support both strategic and tactical objectives, ensuring alignment with CSS goals.
Your Role: Facilitating Adoption, Driving Service Success, and Shaping Delivery Excellence
As a Security Services Product Operations Manager (POM) within the SMO you will be instrumental in developing policies and procedures ensuring that all products and service are aligned to the overall CSS Security Service Strategy, Communication and Coordination of the xLOB Innovation and Product Management teams through the Service Readiness process. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Operationalization Initiatives: Create and Apply a structured methodology from Service Innovation / Development to Delivery Operationalization and Release.
- Lead Change Management Initiatives: Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities across diverse teams, developing strategies to support the adoption of Service Improvement changes / enhancements.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work effectively with global, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving alignment without direct authority.
- Develop and Manage Communications: Support the design, development, and delivery of clear and effective communications.
- Assess Change Impact: Analyze the impact of implemented changes, engaging with stakeholders to understand and mitigate potential disruptions.
- Support Training Programs: Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Present to Leadership: Present key project updates and strategic insights to senior management, balancing high-level vision with detailed analysis.
Skills and Experience:
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in project management or technical account management, capable of navigating complex projects and driving successful outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience leading projects with a methodical approach.
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Strong knowledge of: Cloud architecture and security principles. Risk Management Frameworks. *nix and Windows system administration.
Experience with: Logging and log analysis. Identity management principles and technology.
Preferred but not required qualifications include: Bachelor-level university degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, or equivalent. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP or other equivalent certification. Comprehensive knowledge of security design for networks, databases, infrastructure, and cloud computing. Experience writing security incident and vulnerability reports for leadership and other stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate and influence secure product and network design in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive knowledge of digital forensics. Strong knowledge of web technologies, middleware, database, OS, firewalls, network communication protocols and methods. Knowledge of encryption technologies and architectures. Expert level experience in evaluating and assessing security threats across a variety of environments and industries. Expert level understanding of secure networking principles, routers, switches and load balancers.
