Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Development and Testing Support Services

Clearance Required: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II) via Tier 3 federal Background Investigation (NACLC)
The Tier 3 Level EM Development and Testing Support Services role provides expert-level engineering, development, and validation support for enterprise management (EM) tools within the DHA hybrid IT environment. This role ensures that new features, updates, and system changes are properly developed, tested, and integrated before deployment across enterprise endpoints and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and enhance EM solutions and endpoint management tools, including MECM (SCCM), Intune, and Group Policy Objects.
- Design and execute test plans to validate enterprise application packages, operating system deployments, and policy configurations.
- Conduct impact analysis for new releases, patches, and EM tool updates.
- Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts for system configuration, patching, and compliance enforcement.
- Collaborate with EM Admin, Packaging, and Reporting teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of tested solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3-level technical issues identified during development and testing phases.
- Document test procedures, results, and lessons learned to support enterprise change control and configuration management.
- Ensure all development and testing activities align with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and configuration control policies.
Qualifications
- EM tool development and endpoint management
- Proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and software deployment practices
- Hands-on experience in enterprise-level testing, system integration, and validation processes
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS internals, configuration baselines, and patch management
- Experience developing test scripts, tracking defects, and documenting QA/test outcomes
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance (STIGs, RMF, IAVAs)
Preferred:
- Experience supporting military or federal healthcare IT systems
- Knowledge of virtualization and hybrid cloud architectures (e.g., Azure, VMWare)
- Familiarity with Agile or DevSecOps practices in an enterprise environment
Education & Certification Requirements (per DoD 8140 Qualification Matrices)
1) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
2) Any of the following...
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- OR 1 of the following: Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC or GLSC or CISSP
