This is an exciting and critical role whose purpose is to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of mature risk governance and reporting processes across the organisation.
The role will work within the Technology and Cyber GRC team within Cyber Security and report to the Director, Risk Governance & Reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the running of Technology and Cyber risk governance committees and regulated entity technology forums to ensure alignment with risk appetite and strategy.
Preparation of risk reports, dashboards, and visualisations for senior stakeholders and risk committees across different layers of the organisation.
Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks across Technology and Cyber domains specifically focused on regulated entities.
Collaborate and build positive relationships with key stakeholders across Engineering and Business/Product divisions to provide guidance on risk management practices and governance.
Champion a strong risk culture across LSEG including raising awareness of controls and standards requirements.
Key Skills
Proven experience in Technology and Cyber risk management, governance or related roles (e.g. Audit) in financial services.
Experience of preparing materials for, running and presenting at risk committees.
A strong and demonstrable understanding of risk management methodologies, including familiarity within Technology and Cyber control frameworks (e.g. COBIT, NIST).
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Ability to analyse and evaluate facts and information in order to form a good judgement and determine course of action.
A logical and methodical mindset with the ability to take complex and abstract concepts and communicate and present them with clarity and precision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the willingness and ability to challenge and influence effectively with all organisational levels.
Strong and proven written and verbal presentation skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
