We’re seeking a strategic and result-driven Product Manager to lead growth initiatives, strategy and execution of our cloud-based PKI-as-a-Service (PKIaaS) product line. This role is pivotal in aligning product initiatives with overall business objectives and driving measurable growth. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver innovative solutions that address market demands and elevate customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity, PKI systems, SaaS growth, and creating impactful, data-informed product experiences.

As our Product Manager, PKI-as-a-Service, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Defining and communicating a clear product vision and growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Owning and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and strategic impact.
- Identifying new market opportunities and drive product innovation to support business growth.
- Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from ideation to release—by defining EPICs and breaking them down into features, technical requirements, and user stories.
- Collaborating closely with engineering to finalize technical designs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and stakeholder goals.
- Continuously evaluating and improving product development processes to reduce time-to-value and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Validating product features through structured beta testing and customer feedback to ensure usability, value, and market fit.
- Conducting Voice of the Customer (VoC) interviews and engaging regularly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Monitoring product performance using data and KPIs to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Performing market and competitive analysis to maintain product differentiation and inform strategic planning.
- Partnering with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Supporting sales enablement by providing product training, tools, and customer-facing materials.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field. Candidates with equivalent education, plus relevant industry work experience may also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in PKI, cryptography, or related security domains.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS or cloud security products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Knowledge of cryptographic standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with geographically diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve results.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM is a plus
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) or Scrum Agile is a plus

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The base salary in the United States is $135,000 to $150,000.
