WWC Global is a federally-focused, woman-owned management serving the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, and USAID, U.S. Agency for International Development.WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Junior OSINT Analyst to assist the Open-Source Integration Center (OSIC) in the development of training and tradecraft, policy and strategy, managed attribution capabilities, metrics and reporting, and staff support to the numerous committees run by Open-Source Integration Center (OSIC). This position requires on-demand strategic and sometimes tactical guidance on OSINT operations critical to defense intelligence agencies, services, intelligence centers, and COCOMS.
The ideal candidate will be able to support the Client's Policy & Engagement team through their knowledge within the Open-Source Intelligence. The Junior OSINT Analyst will assist the Policy & Engagement team in shaping the OSINT discipline through the creation of OSINT training materials, instruction of OSINT training courses and the writing of policy/procedural documentation for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The Junior OSINT Analyst should expect to have daily direct interactions with senior government officials and must accordingly be agile in their operational tempo and planning based on changing priorities.
Additional responsibilities may include;
- Utilizing Open Source Intelligence to provide input in the development of Open Source training and tradecraft.
- Support the maintenance of OSIC strategic guidelines and policies.
- Audit of relevant training courses to ensure consistency with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) curriculum standards.
- Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reference material, communications, and process workflows.
- Provide data-driven support to senior-level recommendations and briefs to DIE leadership.
- Provide administrative and knowledge management support to OSIC leadership.
- Utilize Project Management practices and methodologies.
- Assist in the development of OSINT policy and governance documentation.
- Edit formal documentation in preparation for finalization.
- Collaborate with multiple entities across the Open-Source Intelligence community.
- Lead projects with minimal guidance.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge and technical understanding of Client's tool portfolio.
- Attend, support, and often lead meetings on behalf of the Client office.
- Conduct account management and oversight.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
- Assist the team to identify and resolve gaps in processes and procedures.
- Assist with process documentation.
- Support multiple high priority projects at a time.
- Assist in drafting and editing project documentation.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional.
- Experience in Open-Source or other Intelligence.
- Experience working within the Open-Source environment, managed attribution, and Defense Intelligence -Enterprise mission sets.
- Familiarity with project management practices and processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Knowledge management experience with specific focus on SOP, Concept of Operations, decision, and course of action brief development.
- Experience with policy writing.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- CI Poly from the Defense Intelligence Agency.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Accounting or Management.
