Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Client Management
- Engages in and ensures a strategic relationship with the client, providing insight and partnership across all aspects of the marketing and communications spectrum
- Responsible for ensuring excellent client communication at all levels; defining KPIs, deadlines, and service agreements
- Spearheads the relational development with clients that positions TEAM LEWIS to be more than “just a vendor,” through in-person meetings and social settings
- Delivers an added-value consultancy and works closely with clients to deliver campaigns, services, and products across traditional and emerging communications channels
- Plays an integral role in the senior management team, ensuring account profitability and optimizing the impact of revenues on the business
- Ensures profitability on all accounts and effectively manages budgets, while maximizing the impact of client revenues on the business
Cybersecurity Expertise
- Demonstrates deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends, including cloud security, network security, zero trust, and threat intelligence
- Proactively stays ahead of the evolving cyber landscape, ensuring strategic counsel and social content reflect the latest threats, solutions, and competitive market movements
- Translates complex cybersecurity topics into compelling social-first narratives that resonate with IT decision-makers, CISOs, and broader B2B audiences
- Advises clients on key cybersecurity messaging opportunities tied to breaking news, vulnerabilities, or threat reports, aligning with brand voice and reputation goals
- Maintains awareness of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and geopolitical factors shaping cybersecurity discourse globally
- Guides the team in developing content, campaigns, and programs that accurately represent technical nuances and strategic implications for enterprise customers
- Coaches and upskills team members to become cybersecurity-savvy communicators, ensuring all outputs are technically sound, credible, and differentiated in market
Content
- Oversees the creation of high-quality and engaging social first content, providing knowledgeable quality control and guidance to all relevant colleagues – powered by data-driven storytelling
- Highly skilled at developing engaging social copy while ensuring a high quality of editorial excellence across the team
- Works with the client to develop and implement an impactful content strategy
- Works with the team to improve own and others' knowledge of content trends, driving a commitment to excellent storytelling across the business
Digital / Social media
- An expert on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
- Working knowledge of Bluesky, Threads, TikTok, Reddit, and other social platforms
- Keeps a pulse on emerging platforms to share recommendations accordingly.
- Uses social media to recognize trends and proactively promotes new tools, solutions, and processes to continuously evolve and optimize campaigns across the business
- Provides social media insight as well as strategic management of client activity
- Works collaboratively with the digital team to increase the utilization and selling of digital services
Team Working and Development
- Takes overall leadership responsibility for the team, including coaching, supervision, assessment, and reviews of all team members
- Sets strategic team objectives on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Train team members to be cybersecurity experts, instilling a working knowledge of relevant topics and industry nuances
- Defines deliverable client objectives and sets standards of excellence for all client activity, driving commitment from all levels of the team
- Monitors team activity levels against budget, increasing fees and negotiating with clients and suppliers where necessary
- Plays a leading role in the new business process, project managing pitch teams, and delivering credible solutions to new business challenges
- Acts as leader in guiding colleagues on how to best manage campaigns and projects
- Acts as a respected line manager, working closely with line reports to maximize strengths, improve weaknesses, and support career development
- Works with the Talent team to recruit high caliber candidates into the team and develop and initiate hiring strategy in line with projected organizational requirements
- Work with the HR team to reward, retain, and develop the team and resolve any performance issues
Reporting and Analysis
- Communicates account performance internally and provide strategic advice to the client based on measurable analysis
- Monitors and reports on account KPIs and, ensure accurate reporting by junior team members
- Provides detailed reports to the senior management team on request
- Deep expertise on where and how to report on key platform success metrics, able to contextualize with industry benchmarks and goalsetting while upleveling reports with insights and strategy
- Able to identify gaps in analytics and finding/testing new opportunities
- Familiarity with dashboards such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
General
- Runs and supports training sessions, with a view to maximizing opportunities to expand team skills and grow revenues
- Take a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values, and work
- Support the HR / talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme
- Overall, be a guardian of best marketing practice
About You
- Understands working in a fast-paced environment and can convey a sense of urgency. Is a clear communicator given the need to coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Highly commercial, with strong strategic client consultancy skills
- Relevant experience working in a B2B, cyber, content marketing, or digital communications agency environment at a Senior Campaign Manager or Campaign Director level
- Well-versed in social media and the integration of digital marketing into the broader marketing landscape
- A track record of retention and the profitable growth of existing accounts
- Considered, assertive, and influential; a leader with the aptitude to develop and motivate a team
- Able to provide consultancy on broader marketing strategy
- Demonstrable success at securing new business and increasing client revenues, while being mindful of account utilization and commercial margins

The expected salary range for the Campaign Director position is between $125K - $150K. Base annual salary is determined by factors such as location, experience, and expertise.
