Your mission:  The Global Fund Distribution (GFD) team provides expert guidance and support to clients in navigating the complexities of marketing / distribution activities worldwide. Our team addresses the challenges posed by constantly evolving regulations, offering a comprehensive suite of advisory services that encompass the entire distribution value chain. This includes assistance with UCITS/AIF marketing material compliance.

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Assess the compliance of marketing materials of Funds such as videos, presentations, social media, ads, factsheets, websites, as per the applicable rules of the targeted countries of distribution: you will have to understand and master the various requirements applicable to marketing materials of financial products in EU and NON-EU countries, identify gaps and non-compliant points and provide detailed corrections,
• Track the various rules / requirements applicable to marketing materials of financial products in several countries,
• Engage with clients to provide proactive assistance to explain them the identified gaps/non-compliant points, explain them the corrections and find solutions in case the clients want other options,
• Participate to workshops and trainings we give to clients,
• Participate in the preparation of service proposals to attract new business opportunities,

Let’s talk about you. If you have/are …

• A Bachelor degree or a Master's degree in Law or Finance or Business Administration,
• A very strong interest in technology/data management - particularly related to artificial intelligence,
• An interest in reading laws and regulations applicable to financial products and services in multiple countries and identifying / analyzing the core requirements,
• Strong appetite in drafting text (drafting detailed corrections and disclaimers, drafting summary of rules/requirements etc),
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills,
• An understanding of the investment fund industry,
• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing, and proficient in another language such as French, German, Italian or Spanish.
